Charlotte is the Managing Attorney and Founding Member of Javelin Law. She excels at advocating for employers on workers' compensation and employment law issues. She has extensive experience with representation at the Department, Board and Superior Court levels on workers' compensation matters. For employment law matters, she has experience at the administrative level with discrimination claims, and experience drafting forms, policies, procedures and handbooks. Charlotte has more than ten years experience in workers’ compensation and employment law in Washington State and has presented on workers’ compensation and employment law issues.

Charlotte is happy to work with clients on any workers' compensation or employment law issues. If there is an issue outside of her practice areas, she will gladly connect clients with legal professionals in her network who practice in the appropriate area of law.

Charlotte graduated from Boston University’s College of Communication with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 2004. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009. She spent her third year of law school at Seattle University School of Law as a visiting student. Charlotte loves the Pacific Northwest and has experience volunteering for the Washington State Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Public Service Committee and the King County Bar Association’s Neighborhood Legal Clinics Program.

Christina Eunson has more than ten years experience in matters of workers' compensation defense. She works closely with Employers and Third Party Administrators to advocate on their behalf and achieve their distinct goals. She brings her background as a former Registered Nurse to the complex medical issues associated with workers' compensation matters.

Christina is a 1994 graduate of Neumann University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School with honors in 2006, and upon graduation, was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers. Originally from Philadelphia, Christina moved with her family to Washington in 2014.

Christina is licensed to practice in Washington, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is an active volunteering member of the Preston Kuppe Guild benefiting Seattle Children's Hospital.

Lydia Palmer has been representing self-insured and state fund employers in workers’ compensation matters since 2014. She has experience advocating for employers at the Department, Board, Superior Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. 

Prior to practicing workers’ compensation defense, she worked at K&L Gates assisting with discovery in preparation of litigation involving complex claims. She also worked as an associate attorney at a general practice law firm in Missouri, where she regularly participated in alternative dispute resolution and court hearings.

During law school, Lydia earned a Certificate of Dispute Resolution and a CALI Award for a legal research and writing class. She also had the opportunity to serve as a judicial extern with the Honorable Nanette Laughrey, U.S. District Judge.

Gemma has more than five years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal advocating for employers on workers' compensation matters in Washington State. She has extensive experience advocating for employers' rights at the Department of Labor & Industries and Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. Before joining Javelin Law, Gemma represented numerous employers, including private businesses, school districts, cities, and counties in Washington State.

Gemma is committed to providing excellent client service and always welcomes the opportunity to help employers.

Prior to earning her Advanced Paralegal Studies Certificate at the American Bar Association-endorsed program at Edmonds Community College, Gemma graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
